- 結合浙江省三個城市的海綿城市總體規劃的編制，對海綿城市規劃中不同類型城市的水環境問題進行了分析。基于入河污染負荷測算，通過入河污染負荷和環境容量的量化比較，分析不同城市在現狀和規劃條件下的水環境污染成因。針對污染成因，并結合海綿城市理念提出海綿城市規劃的水環境整治策略，探討了不同類型城市水環境整治中需關注的重點。
- Abstract:
- Combined with the compilation of sponge city master plan of three cities in Zhejiang Province, an in- depth analysis of the water environment problems of different types of cities was made. Based on the measurement of pollution load into the river and through quantitative comparison of pollution load and environmental capacity, the causes of water pollution in different cities under current conditions and planning conditions were analyzed. According to the causes of pollution and combining with the concept of sponge city, the water environment improvement strategies were proposed and the key points of water environment remediation in different types of cities were discussed.
