污泥深度脫水典型應用案列
1、安徽固鎮污水處理廠 WKLS1500污泥深度脫水機系統一套
原有污泥脫水房帶式壓濾機，每天產泥80%-85%的市政污泥60噸
帶式壓濾機后端增加一套KLDS1500高壓帶式深度脫水機一套，深度脫水后產泥60%含水率污泥30噸左右。深度脫水后的污泥外運電廠摻燒，費用為200-250元每噸，每天減少污泥處置費用6000-7500元
2、陜西洛南污水處理廠 WKLS1500污泥深度脫水系統一套 日處理量60噸。
污泥脫水房前端采用帶式污泥脫水機，每天產泥80%-85%含水率污泥60噸。
后端增加污泥深度脫水系統，污泥減量到30噸左右。
后續填埋處理，污泥改性深度脫水后，呈固態，性質穩定，遇水不還原。
減少土地填埋容積率，污泥填埋場承載力增強。
3、山東淄博億唯污泥處置中心WKLS2000污泥深度脫水機系統一套，日處理量100噸
污泥處置中心接收80%-85%含水率污泥，進行深度脫水后含水率降到60%以下。
深脫處理后的污泥減量一半，后續污泥處置為制磚，實現污泥資源化的利用。
4、河北邢臺污水處理廠WKLS1000深度脫脫水機一套，日處理量25噸
原有污泥脫水房帶式壓濾機，含水率80%-85%含水率污泥20噸。
深度脫水處理后污泥進行填埋
5、河南禹州污水處理廠 WKLS-Y2000一體化污泥深度脫水機組一套
處理含水率98%污泥每天700噸，污泥深度脫水后含水率＜60%，后續外運到水泥窯協同處置，污泥減量90%以上
6、寧夏鯤鵬煤焦油加氫及乙二醇項目污水處理站
日處理工業污泥80%左右含水率25噸，深度脫水處理后污泥含水率≈50%
