張永明,男,1960年出生,1999年畢業于華東理工大學,獲材料科學與工程專業博士學位,同年進入上海交通大學工作,現為上海交通大學教授,上海市領軍人才,全國勞動模范,享受國務院政府特殊津貼專家,“泰山學者”特聘專家。從事含氟聚合物和含氟功能膜的研發。主持并圓滿完成國家863計劃、支撐計劃重大項目,實現了氯堿工業全氟離子膜的產業化,結束了中國沒有全氟離子膜的歷史,打破了制約我國氯堿工業安全運行和健康發展的瓶頸,是中國氯堿工業發展的里程碑。同時開展的研究包括燃料電池新能源汽車核心材料、催化分離膜材料、海水淡化膜材料、儲能電池膜材料、特種潤滑材料等。所著《含氟功能材料》被評為化工領域科技圖書一等獎。
