某鄉鎮污水廠設計規模為1 000 m3/d,采用立式A2O工藝,將厭氧、缺氧、好氧、沉淀等工藝合為一體,并且無需混合液回流泵,污泥也可以通過重力作用自然回流。經過9個月的現場連續運行監測,得到該污水處理裝置對COD、NH4+ - N、TN、TP的平均去除率分別為78.39%、88.36%、80.16%、72.75%,出水水質可穩定達到《城鎮污水處理廠污染物排放標準》(GB 18918—2002)的 一級A標準。該一體化反應器結構緊湊、操作方便、出水水質優良,適用于廣大農村鄉鎮生活污水的集中式處理。

Vertical A2/O technology was applied in a rural sewage treatment plant with the designed capacity of 1 000 m3/d. The device integrated anaerobic treatment, anoxic treatment, aerobic treatment, precipitation and other processes. There was no mixed liquid reflux pump in the integrated device, and sludge returned naturally through gravity. The newly integrated bioreactor system was operated successfully for 9 months with good performance and high removal efficiency of pollutants. The average removal efficiencies of COD, NH4+ - N, TN, and TP were 78.39%, 88.36%, 80.16% and 72.75%, respectively. The quality of the effluent could meet the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant(GB 18918-2002). The newly integrated bioreactor had compacted structure, convenient operation and satisfactory effluent quality, which was suitable for the treatment of rural domestic sewage.
